Terms and Conditions
Saniya Holidays retains the right to modify, alter, or withdraw any advertised or published tour if deemed advisable or necessary without providing a specific reason. In the event of tour cancellation, a full refund of the amount paid will be issued, but no compensation will be provided for consequential losses.
Tour timings and itineraries are subject to change, and adjustments may be made at any time during the tour with or without notice based on exigencies. While efforts will be made to inform participants of changes before or during the tour, if a participant misses any sightseeing due to their delay, no refund will be granted. Refunds are not applicable for unutilized services.
Saniya Holidays disclaims responsibility for losses, additional expenses arising from delays, changes, missed connections, strikes, weather, quarantine, or other causes. Any such expenses must be borne by the customer.
The company reserves the right to request the withdrawal of any person from a tour if their actions or conduct are deemed offensive or a nuisance to other passengers, with no further liability.
Booking
Payments can be made in cash, demand drafts, cheques, or through net banking and UPI in favor of M/s. Saniya Holidays, Bengaluru. A 50% advance payment is required at the time of booking, and the balance must be settled 10 days before departure. Full payment is necessary for participation in the tour.
Luggage
Customers are responsible for the care of their luggage.
Cancellations
In the event a customer is unable to attend a package tour, the cancellation charges are as follows:
- More than 45 days before departure: No cancellation charge
- Between 45 and 30 days before departure: 50% of total tour cost
- Between 30 days and 15 days before departure: 75% of total tour cost
- Less than 15 days before departure: 90% of total tour cost
- Flight ticket cancellation charges apply as per airline policy.
Note
- Passengers must carry original valid identity proof during the journey.
- Itinerary may change due to unforeseen circumstances.
- Due to bad weather, technical problems, flight cancellations, date changes, or flight time changes, clients are responsible for all associated expenses.
Accommodation
Accommodation is provided in decent star hotels with rooms allocated on a twin/triple sharing basis. Check-out time follows hotel rules or the package itinerary. Customers requiring a single room must pay the price difference.
Upon enrolling in any tour, it is understood that participants have read and accepted all tour rules, regulations, and instructions.
Refund Policy
Saniya Holidays and its payment process promptly initiate refunds, with every effort made to process them quickly. However, it may take up to 5 to 7 days for the refund to reflect in the customer’s bank account/card.
